  The location was very good, near stores and the highways. The pool and hot tub were really nice. They gave us menus of restaurants in the area that deliver to the hotel.

  There was no free breakfast.

  I was researching my family history in Stanstead and at the University in Lennoxville (Bishops). Love the area. Hotel le President was a wonderful, quiet hotel and an easy drive to the Stanstead area.

  The staff were really nice and the rooms were a nice decent size.

  I didn't like the accessibility of the hotel because at the time my father was on crutches and to get to the room that was provided for us, he had to go up the elevator and travel all the way to the other end of the hall, which didn't have an elevator but three flights of stairs. But since the staff was nice enough to let us have a room close to the elevator, the stay at Hotel le President was a lot better.

  Efficiency at check in and check out. Hotel near shops and restaurants and university. Easy to find.

  The pool was supposed to open at 9am. We went 3 times and it was closed. It opened when we left. I got a cold from running up and down the stairs and elevator from 3rd floor to ground level for nothing. I did not enjoy that and still do not.
